Dear Shareholders, Clients and Partners!
Over 16 years performance of the open joint-stock company “Ekaterinburg Municipal Bank” established in 1994 by City Administration of Ekaterinburg has demonstrated the unity of the best banking traditions and advanced technologies, balanced policy and constant striving for improvement, development of services, introduction of new techniques of customer assistance.
Despite of complex economic conditions and tough competition the Bank is a stable financial institution making a great figure in the financial environment of our city. It takes an active part in solving social problems and serves interests of its clients and shareholders.
Managing successfully the banking risks, pursuing conservative non-risky policy the Bank is the reliable partner who satisfies the needs of corporate and private clients in full and provides for universal range of services according to international standards.
In 2010 the Bank confidently makes its way to the further progress working hard for the benefit of the city and the citizens.
The Ekaterinburg Municipal Bank:
- enlarged its ATM network up to 68 units together with their functionality;
- concluded over 100 general agreements with institutions and enterprises on payroll card programs;
- was the first in Ekaterinburg to install the Citizen’s Settlement Card, a bank card for settlements within the system “Ekaterinburg Transport Card”;
- launched issue of VISA VIRTUAL card for Internet payments…
Rating agencies also marked the Bank's performance very high:
- every month the close JSC "Rus-Rating" confirms the "BB" rating with the stable outlook given to the Bank in November 2009 that indicates stable services provided by the Bank for the city companies;
- in March 2010 the limited liability company "National Rating Agency" confirmed the "A-" individual credit rating (high credit status, III level) given to the Bank that meant a sustainable high level of business activities of the Bank, high asset quality and high liquidity indices.
Optimizing constantly its activities and developing new banking products the JSC “Bank Ekaterinburg” has achieved the main objective set for 2010, that is maintenance of the existing potential, arrangement of the environment for future achievements by consolidating of the funding base and maintenance of the sufficient level of capital.
